Oak Dale Manor was established in 1965 and has been providing excellent care to the Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Mannford and the West Tulsa Community for over 40 years. When it comes to Nursing Home Care, the most important decisions to be made are usually at the time when we have been forced in a position that has limited our choices.
